I had a wonderful experience working with Da’Juan at Champions. I came in feeling very nervous and unsure, especially after a bad experience with a previous vehicle I purchased elsewhere. From the start Champions. I came in feeling very nervous and unsure, especially after a bad experience with a previous vehicle I purchased elsewhere. From the start, he was patient, kind, and really listened to what I needed for my family. At one point, I thought I had decided on a vehicle and we even started looking at numbers, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I should keep looking. When I asked to go back outside and check other options, he gave me no pushback at all. Instead, he was understanding and supportive, which meant a lot to me during such an important decision. We ended up looking at a couple more vehicles, and I ultimately chose the CR-V, a decision I feel really good about. I left feeling relieved, confident, and grateful for how smooth he made the process. When we’re ready to add a second reliable vehicle for our family, I’ll definitely be coming back to Champions and asking for Da’Juan. Highly recommend working with him! More
