We arrived around 7:40pm dealership closed at 8pm but Renan and his team stayed over at least 2 hours so we’re able to leave in a brand new 2024 Honda odyssey Sport that we absolutely love. A dealership was not my first choice, but the experience was great. The salesman Renan Sándalo was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the car. In February 2024, I bought a Honda Passport from Scott Clark. The Salesperson told me the car had gone through a 182-point vehicle check. The Finance manager told me that Honda doesn't sell certified pre Clark. The Salesperson told me the car had gone through a 182-point vehicle check. The Finance manager told me that Honda doesn't sell certified pre-owned passports because there are so few of them on the market. Since the car had just over 17,000 miles, I knew the car was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty and was not overly concerned by the finance manager's comment. Before driving off the lot, I connected my phone to the car and as I was driving home, I called my wife. I could hear my wife but she could not hear me. I had the same problem after making several attempts to call her. Then I turned the radio on and after a minute or two, the radio would lose the station. The same issue occurred after several attempts. When I arrived home, I realized that the sensors that detect objects were not working. I returned the car the next day and advise the salesperson that if the car cannot be fixed, I want a full refund towards a different vehicle. I got a loaner, and the dealer kept the vehicle for about a week and could not fix the issues with the vehicle. To discourage me from returning the car, the sales manager told me that the vehicle broke after it was sold to me. He also said that if I were to return the vehicle, it needed to be traded for another vehicle at a loss. I allowed the manager to continue with his nonsensical logic and I made it clear that he can call the return whatever he wishes just as long as I received full credit for the returned Passport. In the end, I got full credit for the returned vehicle and I paid an additional 3k towards a 2023 model which was a certified pre-owned. I was totally disappointed with the level of lies and misrepresentation of the vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from Scott Clark. I will take my car elsewhere for servicing. More

My first contact with Scott Clark Honda was with Luis Aguilera. Luis responded to an online inquiry about the CR-V Hybrid. On my visit to Scott Clark Honda, Luis was the salesperson with whom I made con Aguilera. Luis responded to an online inquiry about the CR-V Hybrid. On my visit to Scott Clark Honda, Luis was the salesperson with whom I made contact. He sort of shepherded me through learning about the CR-V's features, as well as going with me on a test drive. He has followed up with me since the lease, to make sure I was satisfied. I enjoyed my interaction with DaVaughn, who actually was the person who con- vinced me to step up to the Sport_ L. in order to get some features I really wanted, although I had to forego a couple things I initially wanted. My interaction with a sales manager was less than helpful, perhaps due to a mutual misunderstanding of the description of one feature that I really wanted. I was really impressed with the waiting area and snack bar. I think it will be a pleasure to use these facilities when I have to take the CR-V in for routine maintenance. More
