Overall, except for somewhat higher rates than local repair shops, I have had excellent service from Crown Honda and would not hesitate recommending them to friends and family. AND if you are considering purchasing a Honda, don't go to any other dealership but Crown. I purchased my Civic from Crown 8 years ago and I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire transaction. No one tried to hassle or hustle me - I was treated with courtesy and respect - which for a woman purchasing a vehicle on her own - was a welcome relief from some of the unprofessional conduct of the sales staff at other dealerships.
