Great prices...however, too many additional charges Great vehicles in great shape. Very pleased with the experience, but way too many “extra” fees brings the price up over $1;000. Also, once the deal is signed there’s too much waiting for financing, even though I took care of things ahead of time. Lastly, the prep department doesn’t clean the vehicle the way I would expect them to do, especially since they charge $899 for prep! The reason I’m giving 4 stars is the quality of the vehicles they have and the prices can’t be beat, even with the extra fees. More

Overall very good experience My husband and I recently purchased an Infiniti Q70 at HGreg. Overall, the experience was great. Our salesmen, DT and Dairo, were helpful. The finance My husband and I recently purchased an Infiniti Q70 at HGreg. Overall, the experience was great. Our salesmen, DT and Dairo, were helpful. The finance director, Nelson, and finance manager, Crista, both worked with us to get the best terms. Our only complaints would be that the appraisal of the vehicle we were trading took over 2 hours, and the appraiser didn’t have the correct trim listed, so the appraisal was considerably less. That was corrected though. Then it took another 2 hours to sign the paperwork. When it was all said and done, we were there for 5 1/2 hours. I wasn’t leaving with my new vehicle until 10pm. They were closed, and it was difficult getting off the lot. The gates were locked and they had cars blocking exits. I had to go back inside to ask someone to let me out. Also, my vehicle didn’t have a full tank of gas and had absolutely no windshield washer fluid. The windshield was dirty, and without washing fluid, it was difficult driving home at night on the turnpike. We still would recommend them, though, based on our overall experience. More

I was hesitant to go car shopping again after being sold ve I've had many cars, trucks and suv's. I've purchased from many private owners and dealers. I was hesitant to go car shopping again after being sold vehicles that needed much more work than I bargained for. I found HGreg.com and they had the car I was looking for at a great price. About 3k cheaper than any major dealer in town. As soon as I walked threw the doors I was pleasantly greeted and because I made an appointment our salesman Dairo was ready and waiting to help us. He was incredibly helpful, very friendly and almost made me forget I was at a dealership. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with my new used car. I never thought I would go to a dealership without having to haggle the price. The car was sold way below kbb pricing! I'm impressed to say the least. I'll be back for my next car and I recommend anyone to check them out. More
