I trade in an Equinox in excellent condition for an Equinox in only good condition and I am fine with that. However, there was a difference of 6,000.00 which I am owed and I phoned wondering where my Equinox in only good condition and I am fine with that. I was told it has to have another signature which won't happen until the end of this week. So now, three weeks later, I will not get my money and it will probably be 4 weeks till the check arrives. I live too far from Orlando to just go pick it up. I am more than a litte put off and would never deal with them again. They have my car worth at least 22,000 and my 6000.00 that they owe me. Real nice going. More

Car was a dumpster when I went on the test drive. I really like the price and the car as long as they could properly clean it. I spent all day going back and forth with finance when I was ready to walk out and try another dealer they wanted to work with me. We agreed on a deal did all the paperwork and that was that. I got in the car it was cleaned but not clean. So I sent it back to be “detailed” again. All they did was soak everything in the cleaner and send it back out. Agin I was sick of the xxxxxxxx so I realized I was going to have to waste my weekend cleaning the car correctly. After reviewing the contract the cars sales price is $3,000 more than what was listed. I was forced into purchasing their warranty for $1,599 they said all the vehicles they sell have the warranty and it is not optional. So here I am putting 11k down on a 32k car and still having a 29k loan at the end of the deal. They are just as bad or worse then all the other dealers xxxx all dealerships buy your cars cash private party! More
