Since I purchased my Lincoln I have been bringing my car to Hudson Ford for service. I have always been satisfied with the service. It took over 1 hour for for an oil change, and I finally I asked Dakota to Hudson Ford for service. I have always been satisfied with the service. It took over 1 hour for for an oil change, and I finally I asked Dakota if my cat was ready yet. He said it shouldn't be much longer. I would have appreciated it more, if he would have come to me and said things are running late, and gave me the option of going home and coming back later to pick it up. Outside of that issue, I am very pleased with the service at Hudson Ford. Dakota is not the issue, it is a suggestion for anyone who has to wait for over an hour for a schedule appointment. More

I am 100% satisfied with the service at Hudson Ford. I am not, however, 100% satisfied with the Ford Motor Company. Recently we had the tires rotated at Hudson Ford. We were advised that the lug nuts needed not, however, 100% satisfied with the Ford Motor Company. Recently we had the tires rotated at Hudson Ford. We were advised that the lug nuts needed to be replaced at $5.39 each. There are 20 of these nuts per car. The cause of this problem, in my opinion, is twofold. One, the design incorporates a shell over the structural nut and two, using an impact tool with the incorrect socket results in damage to the outer shell. Bottom line is that the nut becomes distorted to the point of preventing removal. These things are removed/installed on a pretty regular basis (tire rotation) and should last the life of the car. I understand that there are solid lug nuts available as replacements but they are something in the order of $8.50 each. This may seem petty but it could well be an issue when time comes to purchase a new car. I guess time will tell. It is too bad that the lawsuit against Ford Motor Company on this issue was dismissed. More
