At Hudson Ford, we place a great deal of value on customer satisfaction, and our team works hard every day to provide the highest level of service possible. As I explained during our conversation, I also have a responsibility to ensure our employees work in an environment where they are treated with mutual respect and common courtesy. This standard is important to both our team and the customers we serve. On the rare occasions when we are unable to maintain a constructive and respectful working relationship, it is often in everyone's best interest to part ways. While this is not a decision we take lightly, I believe it is the appropriate course of action in this situation.
