We purchased our vehicle with Dale at Smithtown Kia! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially met with him in July and completed the purchase in August. After going to Huntington Kia and being treated terribly my husband and I decided to go to Smithtown Kia. Dale couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. He made a scary experience of purchasing a new c my husband and I decided to go to Smithtown Kia. Dale couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. He made a scary experience of purchasing a new car more bearable. Steve also stepped in and made me feel like a valued customer. Marty made the paperwork much easier to understand and within 2 days I was driving off with my 2025 Kia Soul and I couldn’t be more thrilled!
