After test-driving the vehicle I was interested in, I decided to order it in the color that I wanted.. Dale took the time to explain every step clearly, including financing options, warranty coverage, and even tips for maintenance. What really stood out was how transparent and efficient the entire process was—no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. Dale continued to keep me updated on a timely bases as to when my new car would arrive. When it did arrive Dale quickly got everything into motion and I was able to get my new car immediately. Jeff took care of the finance end and I couldn’t be more pleased with Jeff. He also took his time to explain all our options with the extended warranties and I never felt pressured!
