I took the Jeep in to have the amp replaced as it’s faulty in my 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee L and after they installed it they didn’t calibrate the system so only half the speakers worked and couldn’t he faulty in my 2021 Jeep grand Cherokee L and after they installed it they didn’t calibrate the system so only half the speakers worked and couldn’t hear anything when making a phone call. I turned right around back into the service department and the gentleman who listed to what I was saying looked like a deer in the headlights then he told me since the mileage was flashing they didn’t calibrate the computer to let it know someone worked on it. Now. That is the number one most simplest thing to do is to test what you just install to ensure it works properly. Come on. Try harder I know you can. More

After my purchase about 10 years ago, I was leaning toward phillips for this purchase. Still I checked out a few dealerships. Couldn't find a vehicle I thought was as good or better than my jeep. So without hesitation went back to phillips. Brian and Dale were very helpful. Have always been happy with the service department at phillips. More

Had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time to see a service advisor. Then was charged $150 to tell me my back up camera had a short in it. Also was told that the camera would have to be ordered at a c service advisor. Then was charged $150 to tell me my back up camera had a short in it. Also was told that the camera would have to be ordered at a cost of over $500 plus installation of another $200. I watched the tech open the trunk, check connection at camera and then determine it had a short without any testing of the camera. Time spent, 10 minutes. Then the tech walked away and left the car for over a hour, without reporting to the service advisor. I could not find the service advisor so I explained to Jim Garvin that the car was just sitting and no one was working on it. He graciously went into the shop, found the tech and reported back to me about the camera. I still had to wait another 10 minutes for the service advisor to return and give me my bill. In short, I feel I was ripped off by the cost of labor and the outrageous quote of the camera. I’ve been your customer for 30 years and was never treated so poorly. More
