Marcus Mister sold me my new jeep. He was so great to work with. He was personable and very knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as we left the dealership Dale called to let know me know He was so great to work with. He was personable and very knowledgeable and helpful. As soon as we left the dealership Dale called to let know me know that Chrysler may reach out for me to pay a fee and he let me know not to pay it because it was the fee as if I didn't get another lease. I would only recommend this service center with a warning. To watch the time. And to make sure you get all the details before you go in for service. I wasted so much time sitting there for 3 1/2 hour warning. To watch the time. And to make sure you get all the details before you go in for service. I wasted so much time sitting there for 3 1/2 hours on a simple oil change and transmission fluid check. Thinking that they would tell me when my truck was done. And that was after they forgot to order the new drive shaft that was supposed to be replaced. That had to be rescheduled for the following Friday. So recommended with extreme caution. More
