This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had quite a few. Dale Cook did an amazing job finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for and he made the process completely seaml had, and I have had quite a few. Dale Cook did an amazing job finding me the exact vehicle I was looking for and he made the process completely seamless and efficient. From the moment I walked in the door of the dealership, he made me feel welcome and was not pushy or rude. As a young woman, the car buying experience leaves a lot to be desired and often we do not truly feel seen or heard from the moment we step into the process all the way through to the the end. Not with Dale though! He is honest, professional, responsive and emotionally intelligent--which are all important to me. Also, there were no hidden fees and everything was clear from the moment we started the buying process. Additionally, I enjoyed the "onboarding" process I went through with Richard. I have never owned a Mercedes before, so the walkthrough of the cars features was much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and ESPECIALLY Dale Cook. More
