Dale Cook is awesome As my 3 year old lease was coming up, I had received some notifications from my dealer, which prompted me to shop around. My sister had purchased a M As my 3 year old lease was coming up, I had received some notifications from my dealer, which prompted me to shop around. My sister had purchased a Mercedes from Dale Cook at Mercedes-Benz of Princeton. I emailed him what I was looking for. I am what most consider to be an "informed consumer" in that I read all the car magazines all year around, and conduct exhaustive research. When I interacted with Dale from the get-go, he took notes, remembered what I requested, pro-actively contacted other dealers to inquire about vehicles they had in stock. Basically, he did all the work for me, and made the entire experience completely painless. He found me the exact car with the exact options I wanted. Got me the best price around. No back and forth or haggling, just right to the best price. We worked mostly by email and phone, as they are an hour away from me. On the day of pick-up, I arrived, was greeted warmly, they took care of my past vehicle, the paperwork was prepared, and the new car ready to go. It was seamless. Knowledgable sales and professional execution After lots of research, a recent Car and Driver review rating the GLC43 the best performance SUV, and test drives to make sure all the tall family mem After lots of research, a recent Car and Driver review rating the GLC43 the best performance SUV, and test drives to make sure all the tall family members fit in the back seat, I visited MB of Princeton and I was introduced to Dale Cook. I had lots of specific questions about options, performance, delivery time for orders, and Dale provided accurate answers and recommendations based on my answers to his questions about my anticipated vehicle use. We worked up the vehicle build at his desk and I got copies of the order and estimated delivery time. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, the MB of Princeton team had the car ready for me in a day. The entire sales and delivery process was executed flawlessly. Of course, the best part of my vehicle purchase is the GLC43 that provides the driving experience I desired. Dale's recommendation of adding the optional LED headlamps/tail lamps is worth every penny at night. Both my sons said they have never been in a car that illuminated the road and surroundings as well as this set. I look forward to having the car serviced and broken in with the MB of Princeton team. More
