Down to earth, genuine, and they continue to make me feel as if I am their only customer. That is not an easy achievement and I have to believe their culture drives this. Their approach to their customer base and I am guessing internally, is a cultural driven phenomon. Just an excellent experience every time I step in their building. Frankly, I would like to see this cultural approach in more places. SWA has a reputation for this type of culture, but I think this dealer has them beat. Most recently, my purchase of a Q50 was one of the most enjoyable and uneventful purchasing experiences I have encountered. Joe, Dallas, Ray, Debbie, and Dale worked as a team and it showed...excellent all around. More
