Very Professional Dealership We knew we wanted to purchase an Infiniti QX70, and we could see online that Infiniti of Naperville had the best inventory in the Midwest. We drove 75 We knew we wanted to purchase an Infiniti QX70, and we could see online that Infiniti of Naperville had the best inventory in the Midwest. We drove 75 miles and were impressed the moment we walked in the door of Infiniti of Naperville. We were immediately greeted by salesman Doug Belgio, who was very helpful in showing us through the immense inventory. Our experience continued as we wrapped up the deal with Dale Morrone, completed financials with Sean Pelkey, then were given all the instructions on bells and whistles by Dallas Carlson. Good team to deal with, emphasis on the word "team". Thank you gentlemen for a very pleasurable experience. More

Dealership has a large selection of cars, and the sales manager Dale Morrone personally met with us and completed negotiation in sale of vehicle. They made deal appear straightforward, and simple. After the sale we had several questions that they were only too willing to answer, and their service staff were very patient had an excellent fund of knowledge to explain the intricacies of the technology options available. They did a wonderful job to fix some scratches that I noted after the sale, of the used vehicle. Mike had good knowledge of both vehicles and took the time to explain the main differences between full loaded vs standard models, as well as differences between older vs newer. Helped me make a comfortable decision. Satisfied with what I paid as it was in the range of what I had researched. Looking forward to free oil changes and car washes for next 6-10 years :-) More

Superb Service and Personal Approach The level of service, from the sales staff to the service department is superior to any other dealer I have ever worked with (purchased cars in 6 stat The level of service, from the sales staff to the service department is superior to any other dealer I have ever worked with (purchased cars in 6 states in my lifetime). Down to earth, genuine, and they continue to make me feel as if I am their only customer. That is not an easy achievement and I have to believe their culture drives this. Their approach to their customer base and I am guessing internally, is a cultural driven phenomon. Just an excellent experience every time I step in their building. Frankly, I would like to see this cultural approach in more places. SWA has a reputation for this type of culture, but I think this dealer has them beat. Most recently, my purchase of a Q50 was one of the most enjoyable and uneventful purchasing experiences I have encountered. Joe, Dallas, Ray, Debbie, and Dale worked as a team and it showed...excellent all around. More
