So I bought my first car 11 months ago. To which they told me that was just part of the process the car goes through before it can be put on the lot. I am now having to pay over 700$ to have FOUR brand new tires put on bc my tires are severely dry rotted and are the original tires from 2019. I am a single mother with a little one who just started school and they knew that I needed a reliable vehicle with no problems for my child and they lied to me about something I knew about and made me feel crazy even tried to reassure me the tired were in great condition and allowed me to drive off that lot with a car with compromised tires on it with my 3 yr old child in the backseat. I have called to speak to management and have yet to speak to anyone, I’ve been calling and they will not return a phone call. I am severely upset and utterly baffled that’s how they treat their clients just to get a sale. Something could’ve happened to my child while in that car due to those tires being in the condition they are in. More

I am 84 years old, and I have delt with many companies as a purchasing agent. The run-around I received on July 14 at your facility was the absolute worst treatment I have ever experienced. I received a recall on my car purchased in December 2025. I made an appointment with the Service Department and took the car in to have it fixed, I waited over two hours before checking to see how much longer I would be detained. I was told that more problems had been found and it would take a little longer before they would be finished. A few minutes passed and I was approached by the sales department showing me another car. This led me to believe my car was being swapped out due to recall. This was not the case at all. I was tricked into signing paperwork to purchase another car. By this time, I had been waiting approximately four hours. I now have two cars to make payments on. I am a senior citizen and a widow, I know your Sales Department employees are still laughing about how they pulled one over on the old lady. I will never do business with your company again, and I will tell all my family and friends to be very alert if they are shopping for a vehicle and end up at your place of business. I have NEVER been as dissatisfied with a business as I am with Mobile Hyundai. More
