After a not-so-great experience at a different Napleton dealer, my husband and I were incredibly grateful and relieved to be immediately greeted and treated like family as soon as we arrived on the lot. Steve was hands down the best, most patient salesman I’ve ever worked with. He was genuine, knowledgeable and did everything he could to get us into a car we loved and fit our budget. He was so generous and accommodating for our u usual schedules and even purchased a bouquet of flowers to put in our new car as a nice surprise. Financing paperwork with Chris was smooth and thorough and he answered all of our questions and was just great to chat with. Before we left with our new car, Wade went through all the technology and settings in the vehicle so we weren’t left paging through an owners manual to figure out how to pair our cell phones and program the radio. I’ve purchased 5+ cars in my lifetime and no experience has ever come close to the incredible service we received at Lexus of Brookfield. Steve and LoB earned customers for life! More

We have never felt so comfortable stepping into a dealer- and we were purchasing a preowned honda! the level of professionalism by Dale and JJ was next to none. We actually purchased the vehicle JJ ( finance) traded in and the extra time he spent with us was not expected but was very appreciated! and Last, but certainly not least- we took delivery and there was a dozen long stem red roses on the vehicle for me!! This was absolutely incredible - I have never seen such service before from a sales consultant and I’m in sales! Dale was so great and he certainly made me think of new creative ways to step up my game :) Not only the guys we worked with..but the entire staff- we were laughing and cracking jokes with them! You never know what you are going to get walking into a any dealership, much less a Luxury dealership and we felt so comfortable- it was an experience we literally told everyone about all weekend!
