I have worked with Dale for several years. My wife and I each have had a Lexus during that time. He always goes the extra mile in terms of service and we trust his advice and direction on what would be the each have had a Lexus during that time. Obviously we have been satisfied with the products and the features and the low maintenance required. (Although with our last two there has been a recall on each). This visit was to convert a lease on the ES350 to a purchase. The car only had 15K miles and so a purchase made sense. Dale helped me in every way to see that the car was serviced, certified and detailed and an appropriate finance package was arranged. As usual an outstanding job. He made the process stress free. I should also note that Nick in service and Verbirin finance also did an excellent job. More

Dale is a very a very excellent sales person.
