This was our first experience working with the Matthews sales team. We came in to return our lease vehicle and to talk over a potential new lease deal. Our salesperson was relatively new. We had an overall sales team. We came in to return our lease vehicle and to talk over a potential new lease deal. Our salesperson was relatively new. We had an overall average experience. Several small details were missed. Our past experience with Nissan was thru Serafini group, usually dealing with much more experienced sales personnel. We have had very good experiences working with Andrea in the service area. We would like to continue to keep our auto experiences local, as in the past we have had to reach out to other dealers outside this local area for other vehicles. We look forward to having a positive experience with the Matthews group. More
