I asked if it epidural take two hours they said no not at all. I work second shift arrived at 7:55am. My car wasn't finished for 1.5 hours. Not OK for an oil change. Made an appointment for service for 10:00am. Have yo drive about 30 minutes to get there so I dropped it off the night before. Made several calls to service with no answer but left a message. Called the main number and left a message with receptionist. No response. Have to make plans for a ride to be dropped off (30 mins away). I get d dropped off at 11:30 (an. Hour and a half after my scheduled appointment ) assuming I’d have wait a little bit for them to finish up. Go to the desk. Nah, it’s not ready. We probably won’t get to it until 2:00. No apology no, nothing. Pretty much take it or leave it. Well I got my keys and took it - and won’t be bringing it back! More
