best experience ever! I had went to another dealer next door first and the man that came out was very uniterested in talking to me, had only one car to show me and no interest in helping me find anything at all. so I was very pleased at Honda!!! even the guy doing the final paperwork was very friendly and helpful. great experience!!! More

They took care of my problem with my ac promptly I came in for my 2nd service on my Honda Pilot this past weekend & mentioned that my air conditioning did not seem to be cold enough. The experience was good customer service. I liked that we did everything over the phone after I filled out the application on line. Dalton was wonderful. I got approved quickly. I did have I liked that we did everything over the phone after I filled out the application on line. Dalton was wonderful. I got approved quickly. I did have to wait to sign papers. The finance person had me signed the wrong papers. They had to FedEx me the correct papers to sign. Other than that. My experience was good. More
