I could not have had a better car buying experience this past week than I did at Piazza Honda of Springfield. I've purchased more than a dozen cars in my lifetime; however, Matt made this the absolute BEST car buying experience ever. (Did I get the best deal financially that I have ever had? Probably not. Considering the current car-buying climate, I guess that is to be expected.) Throughout the entire process, Matt kept me well-informed and treated me with courtesy and respect. He even shared his cell-number and communicated up-to-date info with me through text. This young man is a gem, and a real asset to the Piazza organization here. Both he and Matt are truly STARS in this dealership!
