Super laid back and easy to work through! My dealer Frank had figured everything out in a few quick seconds. The insurance was the biggest issue. I am a customer experience executive, and am always looking for top notch service, which is why I returned to Frank. Over the last 6 months I've been in contact with Frank looking for a new car. He's sent me several listings and was very patient as I gave feedback on what I did and didn't like. On Tuesday he text me a beautiful car, in my price range with a quick turn around. We arrived at the dealership at 7:15, the car was prepped to test drive and absolutely beautiful. We were in and out in under two hours and the process with Frank and Damian was flawless. Frank followed up two days later to ensure I was 100% satisfied why my new car. I will continue to recommend Frank to all of my family and friends as he is such a pleasure to deal with! Thanks Frank! Excellent Customer service! Adam Kaper, met us coming into the dealership and guided us through all the steps of purchasing a Honda. We had visited all the dealerships in the area that sold Hondas, Toyotas, and Hundais.. None of the employees were as friendly and HELPFUL as Adam. He really knew the cars and listened to what we wanted and helped us from there. When we purchased the car, we dealt with Damian Capacchione who was so prepared and ready with the necessary papers for us to sign while explaining all of them and answering our questions. Also, Adam called us several times to check on how we were doing with our new vehicle and answered our questions... I would not hesitate to go back again to purchase a vehicle.
