I highly recommend. I was driving to a medical appointment early Wednesday and suddenly had a check engine light show on my Mazda. I called Cochran Mazda, where I got it I was driving to a medical appointment early Wednesday and suddenly had a check engine light show on my Mazda. I called Cochran Mazda, where I got it from, and they either would not or could not schedule me for a month just to diagnose the issue. I decided to Call Kenny Ross Mazda, since I was in their area for the doctor appointment. What a difference! They scheduled me in that same day at 1:30 to diagnose, determined it was a faulty thermostat, ordered the part (which already arrived the following morning) and got me scheduled in for the repair Friday morning. An excellent experience. I will be dealing with Kenny Ross moving forward. This is the way service should be! More

Appt at 11:45 didn’t leave until after 3pm,no car to use had to pay Uber to go and have lunch, prob not solved was told when a car is available I will have to bring it back, I live an hour plus away and wor had to pay Uber to go and have lunch, prob not solved was told when a car is available I will have to bring it back, I live an hour plus away and work having one day off a week and Sunday. I was told we can meet in Ligioner which is fine if it can be early evening. Each time I asked how long I was told a half hour. Those add up! My car isn’t even a year old and if this is how the rest of my experience will be idk People shouldn’t have to Uber from your business and spend $25 instead of sitting for all that time. More

The workers were very nice and helpful and only wanted to help us with what we needed fixed. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary services on us, and they got us in and out in under an hour for a battery help us with what we needed fixed.
