He wasn’t pressuring me into doing anything else, and was very respectful to myself and who accompanied me. i’ve had already had to take my car back to the shop three times for the same issue, so it is really annoying that the same issue I’m having is not getting resolved after I’ve been back-and-forth from there three different times. It’s honestly starting to make me upset and makes me wonder. Why did I purchase this vehicle if I knew there was gonna be this continuous issue and that I knew it was not gonna get resolved the first time I took it in? More

Damian was really great to work with. Very nice guy who ultimately listened to what I wanted and did his best to come to a fair deal without any unnecessary pressure. Financing was quick and easy with Charlie and he had me out the door pretty quickly. The woman I spoke to on the phone had me rush out to the dealership under the pretense that they would buy out my lease. After I was there and had gone through hours of sales negotiations, I was told they couldn’t reach the finance department for my lease to make an offer. I also had to have two people drive 2 hours to come pick up my lease because of this. The sales manager came to speak to me when it came to my final sales offer. She was pretty rude and aggressive. Her attitude that I was negotiating a lower price was indignant and she alluded that I didn’t have the credit to get the interest rate I was banking on. Not good sales tactics in my opinion, and really no good reason to be insulting. Ultimately, as a person who is not a fan of the car buying experience in general. Damian was a great, down to earth sales consultant and I do love my new vehicle. Oh, and I got an interest rate even lower than what I was expecting. More

Damian was great. I don't think they were prepared to sell the car. The inside windshield was smeared and dirty which made a trip home facing the sun a challenge.
