I had originally spoken to Brad and unfortunately he was off when we went into the showroom...but kudos....he took the time to go the extra mile and ask the GM Jeremy for assistance when he could have just as easy said sorry... I can't help with that.(a pricing error on the GM website) This extra effort told me that this is level of effort is instilled from the top and that made me feel comfortable driving 135 miles to see if we could strike a deal. Damian, Eric and Jeremy the general manager made me and my grandson feel at home from the start. Damian took over and assisted us through the deal process with poise and professionalism. The best part however was that we got a great deal...thanks Jeremy, Erick and Damian...it is a really great deal. Joe the finance officer closed it in record time. It was the best car buying experience I ever had. We got a super car at a super price from a super dealer by a super staff. Thank you all so much...... ....I am completely satisfied. More

I had a great first impression with Jeremy the General Manager, and then he introduced us to Damian Hall. Which I had a great first impression as well. My boyfriend traded in his jeep and they gave him an amazing price for that, and he purchased a brand new Chevy Silverado, They were very fast, and they listened to what you wanted and didn't rush or push you into something that you could not afford or something you didn't want to pay. Two days later I traded in my car and got an Audi A5, I love my car, they have taken great and wonderful care of me and my boyfriend and I would recommend EVERYONE to come and visit the New Smyrna Chevy Dealership of 44. :) they are wonderful, nice and caring people, that care about you, not their sales! When it became obvious that "our Tahoe" wasn't in stock at New Smyrna Chevrolet, he then searched the entire Southeast to find "our Tahoe." Damian worked with us on pricing versus options, and eventually we found the Tahoe that met our needs and was within the price range we were comfortable with. He arranged to have "our Tahoe" delivered to New Smyrna Chevrolet at no charge to us.
