I received the horrible news that my car was "DOA". I was tasked with (what I thought would be) the painful new car shopping experience. I was really turned off, by what the news and others were sayi I was tasked with (what I thought would be) the painful new car shopping experience. I was really turned off, by what the news and others were saying about the high markups/supply and demand. So I admit I was VERY apprehensive about purchasing a car, and how much the dealership would work with me. I walked on the lot and was greeted by Chris. He was very patient and answered all my questions. To be honest I never saw myself driving a Honda. The quality/mileage/warranty and service were too good to pass up. The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. So far I am very happy with my purchase. Chris made a bad day a little better. Thank you Stockton Honda. More

We came in looking for a vehicle and we’re helped by a couple sales associates all of them walked away and gave us time at that point we wanted to see our options at other dealerships Frankie walked up st couple sales associates all of them walked away and gave us time at that point we wanted to see our options at other dealerships Frankie walked up started talking smack about my car and we all started laughing made us comfortable from the start I work in a commission based job and I didn’t feel pushed to buy a car in fact he gave us a day and said we wouldn’t get a better deal than the deal Frankie gave us for a brand new 2023 car ,, the price was so low he was right! This man was honest from the jump! I didn’t appreciate the other sales associate that kept walking up and asking why we didn’t ask for him I get it’s about the commission in the end but Frankie made us feel comfortable I plan to get another vehicle for my sister for her birthday in December and I will make sure we ONLY work with Frankie! We are very happy with our new 2023 Honda accord thank you Frankie we will be seeing you again ! More
