My sales experience at this Honda dealership was good. The sales team was knowledgeable, professional, and made the car-buying process smooth and hassle-free. They were responsive to my questions and work The sales team was knowledgeable, professional, and made the car-buying process smooth and hassle-free. They were responsive to my questions and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. The only area that needs improvement is the accounts/finance department. The experience there was not at the same level as the sales team, and the process could have been more organized with proper due diligence. I had to sign three times the same paperwork, account staff can do better. Overall, I am happy with my lease. More
