Although very nice she left me a voice message calling me by the wrong name. When I arrived for my appt with her five minutes before her quitting time she was already gone. Which is fine. But she did not lea by the wrong name. When I arrived for my appt with her five minutes before her quitting time she was already gone. Which is fine. But she did not leave instructions or my paperwork with anyone else. I had to explain my entire situation to the manager who helped me out to my satisfaction. Jessica was cordial. But maybe a little more training would help. She was very helpful over the phone. Also Damien in sales is fantastic and went over and above his scope of duty to assist me. Overall experience was good. I would purchase again More

I absolutely love this dealership. I am 53 years old I have owned many cars and I have been to many dealers. This is the first time I actually feel like they care about me and my car.
