So although I have over 25 years of sales experience, I have been selling cars since 2012 and I love when I’m able to help people find the car they love and the deal that makes them happy. What I do best is streamline the process so that you are not in my dealership all day. Im not sure who the staff mentioned is. I previously bought from this dealership and had an excellent experience. This time, not so much. Seemed like they made a poor judgement call and the I previously bought from this dealership and had an excellent experience. This time, not so much. Seemed like they made a poor judgement call and they expected me to compensate for it. I will not purchase or lease another car from not only this location, but this family of dealerships. Although very nice she left me a voice message calling me by the wrong name. When I arrived for my appt with her five minutes before her quitting time she was already gone. Which is fine. But she did not lea by the wrong name. When I arrived for my appt with her five minutes before her quitting time she was already gone. Which is fine. But she did not leave instructions or my paperwork with anyone else. I had to explain my entire situation to the manager who helped me out to my satisfaction. Jessica was cordial. But maybe a little more training would help. She was very helpful over the phone. Also Damien in sales is fantastic and went over and above his scope of duty to assist me. Overall experience was good. I would purchase again More
