I've taken some time to write this so that it wasn't a reflection of my angry day at Freehold Honda. I thought the managers were condescending, even when the financial numbers that were presented were cle reflection of my angry day at Freehold Honda. I thought the managers were condescending, even when the financial numbers that were presented were clearly wrong and I was spoken to like a child (and that he tried to defend the wrong numbers). Offering 3.9% when .9 was available is an insult. The appearance package fee makes it clear that buying from a dealer is a thing of the past, and my Carvana experience this year cements that. With the luck that my daughter wanted that specific car and the chip shortage at the time (otherwise I would have gone to any other dealership), there's no way this dealership gets my business. While my daughter likes her new car, I'm giving serious consideration to paying off the loan so that that I don't have a monthly reminder that I'm in business with this dealership and Honda. More
