Discussed a price of a Honda Odessy for quite a while test drive it . They had me there for hours because that’s what they do to make you exhausted at the time of signing So we finally get to the table test drive it . They had me there for hours because that’s what they do to make you exhausted at the time of signing So we finally get to the table to sign contracts They charged me 3,000 over the sticker price , yes I still have the sticker of the vehicle We were promised a veterans discount which we were not given ! We were charged more monthly supposedly to cover registration. Then charged 400.00 for registration/plates They are a bunch of theives and liers !! And claim they are allowed to price gauge because of the “ chip” shortage ! Total bs Buyer beware . Now I been calling and leaving messages and no one calls back Wish I never leased from them !!! More

I've taken some time to write this so that it wasn't a reflection of my angry day at Freehold Honda. I thought the managers were condescending, even when the financial numbers that were presented were cle reflection of my angry day at Freehold Honda. I thought the managers were condescending, even when the financial numbers that were presented were clearly wrong and I was spoken to like a child (and that he tried to defend the wrong numbers). Offering 3.9% when .9 was available is an insult. The appearance package fee makes it clear that buying from a dealer is a thing of the past, and my Carvana experience this year cements that. With the luck that my daughter wanted that specific car and the chip shortage at the time (otherwise I would have gone to any other dealership), there's no way this dealership gets my business. While my daughter likes her new car, I'm giving serious consideration to paying off the loan so that that I don't have a monthly reminder that I'm in business with this dealership and Honda. More
