All of the staff were very friendly and incredibly responsive. Management was very open to our needs and was very flexible. I am very unhappy that the $1600+ trim package was not included in the first price that was given to me. Since it is not an option. I should not find out about it after the basic price was agreed on. Also, why do I have to get the total loss package for $499? Would like an answer. I think or I would hope that Damian was doing his best but car dealers certainly have to be more ethical. I don't mind haggling in a Turkish bazaar but not in an American businrss.. More
