So although I have over 25 years of sales experience, I have been selling cars since 2012 and I love when I’m able to help people find the car they love and the deal that makes them happy. We were interested in a car at Freehold Honda. We called several times to confirm the car’s availability, and made an appointment to see if that evening. I told the woman at the dealership we would have to several times to confirm the car’s availability, and made an appointment to see if that evening. I told the woman at the dealership we would have to leave work early and drive an hour and a half to get there. She assured us it would be waiting for us. When we got to the dealership the car was not there, no one knew where it was. They agreed we did have an appointment to see the car, yet the car was not there. They told us we could see another car, we were furious. Especially when we were told this is not the first time this has happened. Apparently this dealership thinks it’s customers’ time is worth nothing. STAY AWAY. More

Damian is the best person to work with! Went in to go look at the new Accord. Although it was not my cup of tea I was greeted by Damian. Bad Ethics Worst dealer and dishonest people I have ever talked. Except from JoJo. In two occasions they give me an appointment to see a car they didn't have. Fo Worst dealer and dishonest people I have ever talked. Except from JoJo. In two occasions they give me an appointment to see a car they didn't have. For the second time they called, texted and insisted they have the car and have the keys on hand (Brittany), so we drove 90 minutes again to see it and the sales person told us his Manager Eli knew the car was already sold but lie on us so we can buy another car one year newer same mileage and 40% more expensive. And of course the manager never showed up to face his actions. On my experience If you look for a good experience when buying your car, you may want to skip Honda Freehold. More
