First time getting an oil change and there was a recall needed to be done on a new car purchased less than 6 months ago. It was well below-average experience which ended as 5 hours wait. After all day, not needed to be done on a new car purchased less than 6 months ago. It was well below-average experience which ended as 5 hours wait. After all day, not even oil change sticker was applied on the windshield and no service receipt was provided due to the reason of "paperwork not ready yet". You would have hoped that at least a copy of whatever had been done to the vehicle will be given to you after 5 hours... It was one of the worst services. I have no way of knowing what type of oil change it was (synthetic or conventional etc) or what grade of engine oil was used. More
