Had a basic service done as well as a recall. Only issue was they did not dicier the interior panel below the glove compartment and it came loose. Had to go back to have it properly installed. Poor communication and service. Customer was told by service agent Damla Alkan that it would take 2 hours for oil change. It took nearly 4 hours while the customer waited. Service a Customer was told by service agent Damla Alkan that it would take 2 hours for oil change. It took nearly 4 hours while the customer waited. Service agent (Damla Alkan) strung along the customer by keep saying 20 more minutes repeatedly. If you value your time, avoid this place at all costs. I am never coming back here again. Damla became rude when I started inquiring about my car. I was held hostage there in the waiting room. More
