Fantastic experience, couldn't be happier! I have purchased many cars over the years, from many different dealers, in many different states. It's usually the same ole deal, purchase the vehicle I have purchased many cars over the years, from many different dealers, in many different states. It's usually the same ole deal, purchase the vehicle and then they forget all about you. This car buying experience was exactly the opposite! I actually felt like the salesman truly wanted my wife and I to get the vehicle we really wanted. We drove about 10 vehicles, took 2 different vehicles home over the course of a week before we settled on the one we purchased. Our salesman, Damon Hampton was absolutely fantastic!! I never worked with someone who was as flexible with his time regardless of when I called or texted. Even when he wasn't at work, he still made sure to get back in touch at anytime day or night. I am absolutely in love with this dealership and will return again! What a way to treat your customers. No doubt whatsoever, the best salesman and dealership I've ever dealt with. Damon was very patient and understanding with me knowing that purchasing a new/used car is a very big decision and supported me along the way. I gave him my wish list of the Pilot I wanted and as soon as one hit the lot he called me. Turns out my waiting was worth it ! He found me my Pilot! Not only did it have everything I wanted it was in great condition, low miles and a certified Honda vehicle. I was blown away by all the warranties that come with a certified vehicle. I feel Honda World backs their cars with warranties because the know they are selling you a great car. Once I decided to purchase the car the process went smooth with very helpful staff along the way. He's the MAN!!!! When my husband and I called Damon for a newer car for me, I was all over the place. He sold us my first SUV that I absolutely loved, "Blazie" was a b When my husband and I called Damon for a newer car for me, I was all over the place. He sold us my first SUV that I absolutely loved, "Blazie" was a black beauty with all my bells and whistles. I eventually gave her to our daughter and purchased a great Sebring, "Goldy" was my unicorn, great mileage/price and once again all the bells and whistles, but it was time to say goodbye to her so here we are in search of my next love. When I say all over the place, I'm sure Damon was cracking up inside. I looked at a Lexus, a Terrain, a Regal and an Edge. Price points everywhere, had him looking for a mysterious Impala I just so happened to come across. He handled all these mind changes, questions, test drives and more searching like the ultimate professional he is. If we came in and he had clients he would grab us keys to any one of the vehicles I was feeling for the day and tell us test it out while he finished up. This was ever so helpful as it gave me the opportunity to really feel the car out unpressured. Ultimately, I ended up with the Edge, with awesome mileage, right price, not as many bells and whistles, but my dream car nonetheless. "Onyx", is my black on black baby, my very adult over 40 ready to roll ride. She sparkles just like me. I love it! And I it owe all to Damon for GUIDING not pushing me into what would work best for me. His approach is quite different from most sales people, by allowing me the opportunity to search every lot, I learned a lot, but the most important lesson I learned is that go with what makes sense, not all bells and whistles. I would never purchase a car again from here or recommend anyone I know. It’s pretty sad when there is no common curtesy to pick up a phone and let someone know what is going on or return calls. I physical had to go down there to find out why I didn’t have my tags since they were expired and no one called me to let me go on and was shuffled out the door with no help except your sales rep Damon will call you... no call still to this day. More
