Sales team pushed for the sale of the 2017 edge. Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and takin Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and taking in for them something has changed. The lastest is they want to charge us for a rental now that the vehicle is being serviced for a flex plate recall. Since they don’t have any rental vehicles for us they are out sourcing the rental and I still have to pay for it and also the extra costs for it because it isn’t from ford itself but from enterprise. Then told that no one in the area has a rental available so they will have to reschedule the appointment which was already pushed back when I arrived at the dealership. I will be suing ewald if the issue causes any accidents. They have failed on all levels and will no longer receive my support. More

Great Experience I purchased a 2018 F150 XLT. The dealership was clean and attention was given to those who had concerns with Covid19. Damon was my salesman and he cou I purchased a 2018 F150 XLT. Damon was my salesman and he could not have been easier to work with.He was not pushy, rather paid attention to my needs and want's in a vehicle and delivered option to suit those needs. Price was what I would have expected, I didn't feel taken nor like I made out on the price , so ill take that as a positive. I would definitely recommend them / Damen, to friends and family and will consider them for my next new truck purchase. More
