Sales team pushed for the sale of the 2017 edge. Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and takin Now that it has been purchased the service department is horrifically bad. Have had 4 recalls on the vehicle and every time it is scheduled and taking in for them something has changed. The lastest is they want to charge us for a rental now that the vehicle is being serviced for a flex plate recall. Since they don’t have any rental vehicles for us they are out sourcing the rental and I still have to pay for it and also the extra costs for it because it isn’t from ford itself but from enterprise. Then told that no one in the area has a rental available so they will have to reschedule the appointment which was already pushed back when I arrived at the dealership. I will be suing ewald if the issue causes any accidents. They have failed on all levels and will no longer receive my support. More

Best experience ever I will only ever go to this dealship from now on. That us saying something because they are over a hour an a half away. Well worth the trip. Sandra, and Sarah both had the trucks I was looking at on line ready to go when I got there price was under what everybody else wanted with less miles and more options. Joseph my salesman treated my kids and me like family. Went over every detail about the trucks I was looking at with knowledge of of that of a true car god. " No joke this guy is amazing". They gave me a straight answer got me in the truck of my dreams with straight talk and bs. There was no bs like you would get at other dealers I know because i literally went to 13 other dealers before them. Wish I would made the trip sooner. Would have saved alot of time and gas, if I would have just gone to them first. This is the only dealer I will go to from now on. Sending friends looking up there because I know they will be treated right. Hands down best car buying experience ever. This is how it should be. Would give them more stars if I could.
