This is the second vehicle in the last year that I have purchased through Braeger Ford and i just can't say enough. They are hands down the best people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My sales guy Rudy was the Bee's knees! Through my whole experience i never once felt pressured into something i didn't want to do. He made the experience friendly, fun and efficient..... and he kept the mood light with some impromptu singing. I mean, Is there anything this guy can't do? Charming, honest, caring, and most importantly... easy to work with. The love didn't stop there either! Dan and Heather worked a deal that i just couldn't pass up. Their energy and upbeat personalities really helped to easy the tension when it came time to make my decision. Finance was a breeze as well. I have purchased vehicles before and finance is always the dreaded part. Not this time! Christina was very thorough and friendly. Great personality, easy to work with, and her laugh is one of a kind. Our first lease! We want to thank Brock Rose for giving such outstanding service to us as we were deciding what type of vehicle to purchase. When we arrived, Brock lis We want to thank Brock Rose for giving such outstanding service to us as we were deciding what type of vehicle to purchase. When we arrived, Brock listened to us describe what we were looking for in a car and what we were able to fit into our budget . He proceeded to let us test drive a variety of vehicles and we narrowed our choice to a Fusion. He then explained how feasible it would be for us to lease the vehicle instead of purchasing. He knew that we were stuck on purchase and thus limiting our options. Our hesitations were quelled as Dan Baumann came in to talk with us about his personal and professional experiences with leasing, answering many questions. We didn't feel pressured by Brock or Dan, but rather felt quite comfortable with any and all questions, knowing we were getting a very competitive price. As we picked up the vehicle a few days later, in spite of inclement weather , there it was, sitting in the showroom, waiting for its new owners. Brock made us feel so very special! After meeting with Nick Strickling in the Finance Dept, we completed our leasing agreement paperwork and were on the road within a short time . We have been enjoying our brand new Fusion and look forward to these next three years of minimal maintenance, great mileage, peace of mind, low monthly payments and a wonderful experience memory of Braeger Ford and it's helpful sales team, especially Brock Rose.
