I was in E Orlando and my murano started hesitating to the point I thought it was going to stall out in traffic. I was nervous so decided to go to nissan dealer. I went to Sutherlin barely making it and p the point I thought it was going to stall out in traffic. I was nervous so decided to go to nissan dealer. I went to Sutherlin barely making it and pulled into service about 4pm. As I walked into office all staff turned around and walked away except one guy with a mustache. He informed me all his guys were going home nothing he can do. Didn't even come out take a look to be sure I could make it home safely as I live in clermont. He was not willing to even listen or help out at all. That customer service demonstrated us deplorable. I have owned nissans for years and NEVER had such terrible customer service. I think this needs to be addressed as this is not the way any customer should be treated. He didn't even offer I leave the car and they look at it next day open. Nothing! He didn't care. That was obvious. More
