We have our credit locked due to some identify theft issues, and instead of giving us options to get that unlocked BEFORE they ran our credit through, they rushed us forward with only 1 of our credit history which caused a less then ideal interest rate from Wells Fargo. Slow down. There is no hurry to sell a vehicle. I know our salesman had been there all day. We should have slowed the process down too, but really it was just pushed through. Our salesman disappeared several times for 10-15 minutes at a time, while the finance guy was doing his thing. Who we didn't meet until everything was basically done. We have had better experiences at a Luther dealership. This was not one of them. More

Acura Dealership was great; the car salesman, not so much I found a vehicle online and called the Acura Dealership; I was connected with Dan. I told Dan I would be purchasing the vehicle and worked with my ba I found a vehicle online and called the Acura Dealership; I was connected with Dan. I told Dan I would be purchasing the vehicle and worked with my bank to have all of the leg-work taken care of before coming to the Dealership. Later that week, I arrived at Acura and was handed the keys to take a look. The oil had not been changed and the vehicle was not clean. (I later had it detailed, including shampooing the stained carpets.) I was pushed to complete paperwork before the Dealership got busy, but insisted on a test drive before making my purchase final. I noted the bad oil and that there was not an MDX floor mat for the rear. I asked Dan if he could throw one in - no luck. I was disgusted to have driven 4 hours, done the paperwork on my end ahead of time, had received poor customer service, was paying sticker price (I did not haggle!), yet Dan couldn't throw in a mat, not even a discount on one. Driving home I noticed I didn't have a User Manual either. Dan won't ever get my money again, and if I hadn't driven so far, I would have walked right out the door and gone elsewhere right then. Sad. More

Bo My friends daughter and I both were interested in looking at Subarus so we stopped by White Bear Subaru, Dan Christopherson was great to work with. Both of us are first time buyers and Dan was very thorough and respectful to both of us. I really appreciated the attention he gave us individually. I did not intend to purchase a car that day but when Dan had me test drive a used 2013 Forester that ticked all my boxes down to the color, I had some serious thinking to do and he gave me that time. He then turned his attention to my young friend and totally impressed me by treating her like the potential buyer that she was not a young kid. After her test drive of an Outback, I had been texting my son-in-law and he confirmed that for the year, mileage, condition the he felt it was a very good deal. So I tentatively said I would purchase the Forester. Dan then noticing my "fear" assured me that they have a 5 day/500 mile return policy and that if during that time I decided I just didn't want it or couldn't do it, I could bring it back with no problem. He was kind to explain the whole process not only for me but for the benefit of my friend so that she would be ready to make a future purchase also. I would highly recommend White Bear Subaru/Acura to anyone thinking of making a car purchase. Thank you Dan for helping through my first vehicle purchase! More
