After having a negative experience at another dealership in the cities, I called White Bear Acura. I dealt with Dan Christopherson & Pia Vang and everything was unbelievably smooth! There was no back and forth that a lot of dealers do. Literally from walking in the front door to having the deposit down for the RDX that was still at the factory was a painless process. There was great communication from Pia throughout the months wait, updating me on when the vehicle left the factory to when it was delivered. I picked it up last night (Oct 31st) and they had everything ready. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I was sitting in the car with another salesman going over the setup and learning all the options it had. Finance was a breeze with Chang and everyone was very helpful. This experience has been hands down the easiest car purchase I have ever had. I highly recommend White Bear Acura to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
