Kuni BMW always takes the extra step Recently I was out of town and was advised by my X3 to add air to a tire. Also someone said my right driving light was out. I called Kuni and they worked me in on a busy Wednesday and helped me get a loaner so that I could pick up my grandson so his Momna could get yo work. It was smooth sailing! The staff is always friendly and helpful and i always receive top notch se I love on the coast and travel over 2 hours just to do business with kuni. The staff is always friendly and helpful and i always receive top notch service. Dan Daily has assisted me the last 2 visits and he is very easy to work with. I never feel like anything is pushed on me. They inspect vehicle, tell me what needs to be done and i pick and choose what works best for me that visit to be worked on. I'm always handled with care in the loaner department, Andrew is always a pleasure to deal with. And my vehicle is always returned after being hand washed. I will always return here. Thank you Kuni.
