The facility itself is very clean and well-managed, and they've quickly addressed any issues that I had, even going out of their way to save me money without sacrificing good care. Even with a last minute walk-in appointment for a trivial matter, they were able to quickly fit me in and take care of it at no cost. Dan in particular has been exceptionally helpful and even watching how he takes care of other customers, I'm confident that anyone else that comes in to Premier Kia is going to be satisfied with their care and support. I have had my car in for service since Tuesday morning on a 5 hour repair. They have failed to keep me updated, not answered phone calls or responded to voicemails or texts.
