I have had my car in for service since Tuesday morning on a 5 hour repair. They have failed to keep me updated, not answered phone calls or responded to voicemails or texts. I am from out of state and this was my first time at this dealership. I was very impressed with the staff and the spit and polish of the entire place, including the shop.
