Really disappointing effort to respond to phone calls or emails. Constantly told me that staffing prevented them from doing simple things like confirming that my engine had seized and was therefore covered emails. Constantly told me that staffing prevented them from doing simple things like confirming that my engine had seized and was therefore covered by warranty. That alone took over 3 weeks. Told me I should expect 4-6 months for them to order & install new engine. Then after I went to great lengths to borrow a car to cover that long period of time, I was unexpectedly informed a few weeks later at 5:05 on a Friday that the car was fixed and I could pick it up immediately???? Made no sense, and no one could apparently be bothered to give me a heads up. I’m happy that the car was fixed, but the customer service experience was extremely poor. More

I buy / lease from Boucher because of the service department!! The past 12 years I have dealt with Boucher Waukesha Hyundai and the service has always been excellent. I am greatly impressed with how fast my car was fixed. They told me it would take 3-4 months depending on how fast they could get the parts. It ended up being only a month replacing my engine. We had car trouble over the weekend while on a trip. We had the car towed to the dealership and called on Monday morning. Even though they were very busy, they did a tremendous job in getting my car loo We had the car towed to the dealership and called on Monday morning. Even though they were very busy, they did a tremendous job in getting my car looked at and fixed right away, and communicated with me the entire time about where they were in the process. I can't say enough how much we appreciated their help and willingness to get our car done knowing that we were far away from home and needed to get back as soon as possible. More
