I have been with the organization for 12 years and thoroughly enjoy being part of an award-winning team, both from a sales and service standpoint. I am very proud to have earned the GM Mark of Excellence Award. I was born and raised in the Rochester area and plan on staying well in to the future. My hobbies include golfing, fishing, music appreciation and road trips. I have two grown daughters and four grandchildren. I welcome all friends and relatives to visit me for outstanding service before and after the sale.

The first time I brought my car in for a computer update for the rear differential and paid for new mats to be installed,they didn't even bother to vacuum the carpets first. I was a little disappointed with for the rear differential and paid for new mats to be installed,they didn't even bother to vacuum the carpets first. I was a little disappointed with the service. The second time I came for the six month service, which was free, I checked out and was told my car was outside and to just hit the lock button and head to the beep. Well,needless to say someone was also looking for their car and I was walking back and forth trying to find my car! Someone did see me and offered to help. I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to look for my car after service! There should be a designated area for people waiting for their cars and not go find it! More
