I don't normally complain about poor customer service, but I feel the services provided should be addressed. I've called multiple times and have left multiple messages and still have yet to hear from someone. Upon review of the paperwork after purchasing the vehicle. I found that multiple pages had information pertaining to a vehicle that I DID NOT purchase. The whole time I was there I felt rushed and it definitely reflects on the paperwork. But, the real kicker is. Not even a week later my brake light goes out. I called to inform them of the issue and they advised me that I would need to bring the vehicle back for service (mind you I live over 2 hours away, round trip). I feel that some type of compensation should have been provided for the inconvenience. Like I said earlier I'm not one to complain, but feeling like I was scewed over. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle. I just hope that my next experience isn't like this. On a positive note, I would like to add that I was very pleased with Ismail. He most definitely made the experience a little better. Yes, I did leave him a few voice messages to give me a call and he never returned them. But, his personality and great people skills made the experience better than it was. More
