Great, as usual had my 15,000 mile service performed, was able to easily make an appointment, they got me in within 2 days, service was prompt, and instead of waiting had my 15,000 mile service performed, was able to easily make an appointment, they got me in within 2 days, service was prompt, and instead of waiting I chose to do some shopping in the neighborhood. they texted me when my vehicle was ready, and when I picked it up I was in and out in less than 3 minutes! More

In the context of COVID concerns, I appreciated Dan and Lori coordinating the pick and return of my vehicle. As it turned out, more needed to be done - and since there's no place to go (Stay at Home!) - the van remained at the shop and the necessary work got done. Customer service is great! At first I called service to schedule my oil change. I was on hold too long, hung up, and went on line and scheduled my appointment for 7:30am. Very At first I called service to schedule my oil change. I was on hold too long, hung up, and went on line and scheduled my appointment for 7:30am. Very easy! I arrived a few minutes early and was pleasantly surprised that the service department opened the door and let me drive in. When I went to Miller Chev in Rogers, MN the service personnel would see me sitting outside the door and all walk around pretending to ignore me and wouldn't open the door until 20-30 seconds after the exact opening time. Very frustrating! My service request took a very short amount of time and every person I seen was extremely cordial. I'm very pleased with this dealership and plan on taking care of my Tundra for many years to come! More

Happy with undercarriage cover replacement I received accurate information/pricing on a part that had to be ordered. I received notice when it arrived, and I was able to schedule an appointmen I received accurate information/pricing on a part that had to be ordered. I received notice when it arrived, and I was able to schedule an appointment to have it installed within a few days. There were no “hidden” costs, and the work was completed while I waited in a comfortable waiting area. More

2013 Prius V All Sensors Uncalibrated I generally take care of all my vehicle maintenance but some of this modern technology has gotten away from me. I went downhill skiing one night and f I generally take care of all my vehicle maintenance but some of this modern technology has gotten away from me. I went downhill skiing one night and filled the Prius V with gas on the way home. Next day I noticed the check engine light while on the road and stopped at O'reilly's for a code scan. PO441 - EVAP problem. Checked gas cap and found it not snugged down & tightened. Did errands for rest of day and went home to clear error codes with my scanner. Cleared them and the & the entire sensor calibration got lost. That I couldn't fix so up to St. Cloud Toyota. I'm not sure when they got in but their equipment fixed it in short order and Dan (not Dan Pope) got me back on the road. These guys are great and very fair when it comes to cost. Thank you again for an amazing, seamless, service. More
