They failed to put the correct amount of tire pressure in my tires even though on my file it states how much air should be in my tires. They also did not put one of my hubcaps on tightly causing me to lose i my tires even though on my file it states how much air should be in my tires. service advisor was very kind and courteous. how ever the parts department was very rude, I had a part replacement on my Tundra that I had to wait for 4 months for the part to arrive and repla how ever the parts department was very rude, I had a part replacement on my Tundra that I had to wait for 4 months for the part to arrive and replaced, the parts department many times were rude when I asked for an eta on the part. when my service advisor had the wrong part, he went the extra mile and some how got the correct part and replaced the same day. Service was slow considering I had an appointment at 3p and didn't get out of there until 4:30p. I also had asked for a new battery to be put in my key fob and they didn't do that. Scheduled an appointment to get car painted under warranty was told 3 to 4 days ended up being 2 weeks.
