Let me start by saying, I pretty much never leave reviews, but this one is beyond deserved. My 2018 Q3 lease was ending and I was in the market for the 2020 Q3. I visited multiple Audi dealerships in the suburbs over the past week and had less than favorable experiences (employees not wearing masks during COVID-19 when masks are legally required, blaring music throughout the dealership making it impossible to think or comfortably communicate, rude and pushy sales staff, etc.). I live near the Audi Exchange, so I decided to see whether they could offer me a deal within my price range. From beginning to end, I had a very positive experience. I did not expect to go home with a new car today, but I did thanks to the amazing staff and environment! When I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I worked with Kris and Vic, who were honest, personable, accommodating, and efficient. I never felt like I was being cheated or pushed into making any decisions. The finance manager, Dan, was also very friendly and made the paperwork process not the least bit stressful, confusing, or overwhelming. Overall, everyone was professional and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I am so happy that I chose the Audi Exchange as the dealership to give my business to and will stick with them for as long as I lease or buy Audi vehicles! More

Started with an online request and The Exchange internet sales person responded within minutes. The other dealership took over a day to get back to me. This made my decision to drive over 50miles and visit the Audi Exchange. I am glad I did, finest selection of vehicles around and exquisite showroom. The moment I entered I was immediately taken care of by attentive staff. Peter Ruth in sales helped us in finding the right vehicle for us. His knowledge of Audi models and features helped us in understanding what Audi vehicles had to offer. I am happy to say we drove a brand new showroom model home that night! The staff made everything easy for us and we felt comfortable and taken care of. From the sales staff, finance and general manager Mario Rogic they were all making sure we were having the best car buying experience possible. Highly recommended. More

Best Used Car Buying Experience Lucas Kielar was great! I met him over the summer when I visited the dealership looking for a car for my dad. When a 2013 Allroad with the right color Lucas Kielar was great! I met him over the summer when I visited the dealership looking for a car for my dad. When a 2013 Allroad with the right color/options appeared on Autotrader I called Lucas the next morning. There we no pictures online yet, but Lucas took many detailed pictures himself to send to me along with the CarFax report and original window sticker. We worked out a price and I placed a deposit on the car before coming down a few days later. Communication during the week was efficient and he even followed up a couple of days after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a car from Lucas again in the future! The paperwork was all set before arriving at the dealership. The entire process was very quick and efficient. We came down from Milwaukee to purchase the car and were in and out in a few minutes. For a used car, it was in exceptional condition. The interior was spotless and the paint was very smooth and free from swirl marks. The corner of the lower rear valance and bumper did have minor damage (valence trim was bent). I am a very detail oriented person and did not catch it my first time walking around the car. Looking back at the pictures that were sent it was also not visible. I truly believe the dealership was not aware of the damage. They were genuinely apologetic and without asking they did offer an additional discount on the car to compensate for it. Overall this was a very pleasant experience. As I said earlier, I would not hesitate to purchase a car from The Audi Exchange or recommend them to a friend or family member. More

Lucas was with another c I contacted Lucas Kielar based upon reviews here and elsewhere after seeing a CPO Audi A4 online that I wanted to check out. Lucas was with another customer when I arrived, so he asked whether I'd like to wait a few minutes to take the test drive with him or just go for a spin by myself, which I did. I really appreciated this gesture because it allowed me to check out the car at my own pace without any sales pressure, whether real or inferred. There were no pushy followups from Lucas or any sales manager as can be common with other dealerships. That said, I texted Lucas a couple of times about the car, and he always responded very quickly. When I returned to purchase the car, the negotiation went smoothly, and I was in and out of the Finance office quickly. Dealership is pristine and everybody I interacted with was extremely pleasant. Five star car buying experience. Go here and ask for Lucas! More

They went out of their way to help make this deal go as smooth as possible, despite the 800+ mile distance between us. Long story short, I drove from PA to IL to purchase a used Mini from Audi Exchange, and the whole experience couldn't have gone any smoother. When I arrived, the car was ready to go, and after a quick test drive to verify the car was ship-shape, it was as simple as handing over the keys to my trade-in, signing the dotted lines, and driving back to Pennsylvania. Again, thank you. I've been thoroughly enjoying the Mini, and I would gladly make the 14 hour drive again to deal with you again. More
