Awesome car buying experience! !! I hate going car shopping but this dealership made it very easy and everybody was really nice, straight forward and NON pressuring.. My Salespers !! I hate going car shopping but this dealership made it very easy and everybody was really nice, straight forward and NON pressuring.. My Salesperson, Tara Losi was a pleasure to deal with. She listened to our questions and concerns, and addressed every item that we had had questions or concerns about, and made the purchasing experience very pleasant. We came to this dealership from Long Island (2 hours away), and there were no surprises when we got there. Everything was as indicated/promised. We had been dealing with more local people on Long Island but they all played games and the cars we looked at were not as promised. Tara was straight up and respectful. We got a great rate from their Finance manager Alex Maier, and again no surprises or extra fees hidden. He actually gave a great deal on the tire/rim package, about half the price other dealerships were charging. There's a reason this dealership has a 4.9 Dealerrater review score. We now have a beautiful certified pre owned Acura Integra A Spec. Feel confident if considering getting a car from Wappinger Falls Acura, you'll be happy you did. More

We brought our vehicle in for a manufacturer recall repair. Unfortunately, the dealership performed the work incorrectly, which caused additional damage. When we sought to have the problem corrected, t repair. Unfortunately, the dealership performed the work incorrectly, which caused additional damage. When we sought to have the problem corrected, they refused to cover most of the repair cost only offering to pay for a small fraction of the work because they said they didn’t trust the diagnosis from another dealership of the same brand, even though it was confirmed by the manufacturer’s network. We called repeatedly for a week getting the runaround. The only time they reached out was after we left a review about our experience. In that call, they told us that because we had posted negative feedback, they were no longer interested in working with us. This was deeply disappointing, especially given that the original issue was their mistake during a recall repair. We expected accountability and professionalism, but instead we received avoidance and a refusal to help More

Unfortunately it takes bad reviews to speak with someone at this dealership. What’s more unfortunate is that still does not stop them from blatantly lying to you in their “attempt” to rectify the situation. at this dealership. We were assured that they reached out to the other dealer where the vehicle currently is to fix the problem that Acura of Wappingers Falls created but that the dealer was “unaware of my vehicle” all together and then that “the service manager just isn’t in today.” Well I spoke directly with the service manager of that dealership today who told me he called them back but was told they would need to give HIM a call back, quickly hung up and have yet to call him back. Seems to be the way they do business as back in February the service advisor, Adam, dodged calls for 3 weeks and when I got fed up and just showed up for a status update he lied to my face that certain work was done and that it was not covered under my extended service agreement. Thankfully I questioned him and since he “couldn’t find the paperwork” I was told to go ahead and take the car and they would call the next day to “work it out”. Well obviously the work was not done and maybe even more obvious, I never did get that call. This place is a joke. Hoping for resolution but odds are not looking good! More
