He was very helpful and accommodating and went out of his way to guide me through the process. Dan introduced me to Jake and Rene who were all great guys , too, and very helpful. I have a strong impression Dan and your team will take care of my long term car needs, which is critical to me. I really felt like a customer. Tried the car wash service last week...awesome! Plus Rene and Jake were very helpful on a few additional matters. Things are going well with my ES 350 and will keep you all posted. Dan and the team, keep up the good work...a great value! More

Unfortunately, they didn't have anything last week when we visited. This forced me out to 4-5 other dealerships....not good experiences! I searched Lexus of Naperville's website and found a car had been added to their inventory that we were interested in buying. So we headed out again....and hated that car! However, Dan recommended a car we had never considered, for $12,000 LESS....and we own it! More
